Job posting data: the job description text or URL you provide for tailoring.
Account data: email address, and usage data (e.g., number of free tailorings used).
Payment data: handled entirely by Flutterwave — we do not store your card details ourselves.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

To provide the core service (tailoring your resume and cover letter) — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To manage your account and free-tier usage limits.
With your consent, to contact you about waitlist updates or product news.

4. How we use AI

Your resume and the job posting are sent to a third-party AI service to generate tailored content. We do not use your resume data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your resume and generated documents for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting tofelix05@gmail.com.
